Ingredients :

spinach, washed and chopped
large onions, sliced thinly
green chilies, seeded and chopped
cloves garlic, chopped
oil
salt to taste
Method :
Heat all in a pan, and when hot add garlic and brown. Add onions and fry till golden. Add chopped chilies and fry for a minute. Add spinach, mix well, then cover and cook over a low fire till dry. Add salt, stir well and serve hot.
