 Mushroom Masala Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

mushrooms

oil

onions, sliced

garlic paste

tomato, chopped

turmeric (haldi) powder

garam masala

red chili powder

green coriander, chopped

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Cut mushrooms in slices.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and fry onions until golden in color.
  3. Add garlic paste and chopped tomatoes, mix well.
  4. Mix in turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder and salt, fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in mushrooms and simmer till mushrooms are tender, adding very little water if necessary.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot, accompanied by any curry dish and chappatis.
