 Mushroom and Corn Bonanza Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

green cardamoms (choti elaichi)

cloves (laung)

ginger paste

garlic paste

mace (javitri) powder

onion paste

cashew nut paste


green chili, slit


green coriander, chopped

salt to taste

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
  2. Add green cardamom, cloves and mace powder.
  3. As it crackles, add ginger and garlic pastes.
  4. Stir fry for few minutes.
  5. Add onion paste and cashew paste.
  6. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes.
  7. Add yoghurt, slit green chilies and salt.
  8. Add mushroom and corn, simmer for 20 minutes.
  9. Stir in the cream, garnish with slit green chilies and serve at once.
