Whole Corn Wafers Recipes

Ingredients :

0.5 liter vanilla ice cream

500g can whole sweet corn

ice cream wafer biscuits

Method :
  1. Place a layer of ice cream 25mm, 1" thick in a freezer tray.
  2. Spread thickly with sweet corn and cover with another layer of ice cream.
  3. Freeze in the deep freeze compartment for 45 minutes and serve in scoops on pink water biscuits.
  4. Good accompaniments are ground nuts or wheat germ sprinkles.

Freezing time : 45 minutes

Serves 4 - 6
