Method :
- Mix together the oats, sesame
seeds, wheat germ, milk powder, sunflower seeds and nuts in a large
bowl.
- Put the oil and honey in a small
pan and heat gently until runny and well mixed.
- Pour over dry ingredients and mix
thoroughly.
- Spread mixture on three large
baking sheets.
- Bake at 190C/375F/Gas 5 for 10
minutes, stirring once or twice.
- Cool and stir in raisins.
- Store in an airtight container.
Note :
A pleasant variation on the muesli
theme which is good with milk or yoghurt. Other types of dried fruit or
whole nuts may be added if liked.
