Preheat the
oven to 350F, Gas 4. Spread out the corn, millet, fruit and nut mix,
bran, coconut and pepitas in a large roasting tin. Pour the maple syrup
over the puffed corn mixture and stir thoroughly until well coated. Stir
in the bran cereal and fruit salad mix and bake for 15 minutes, or until
golden, turning the cereal several times. Cool completely.
