Method :

In small mixer bowl, beat egg white
with salt will soft peaks form.

Gradually add sugar, beating till
stiff peaks form.

Stir in peanut butter.

Drop from teaspoon 1 inch apart on
greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a slow oven (325°) for 18
minutes or till lightly browned.
-
Cool slightly before removing from pan
to cooling rack.
Makes 1 dozen cookies
