1. Press down
on curved side (end) of pod, and pull pod open. Run your thumb down
length of pod to expose beans. Remove beans and discard pod.
2. Peel each
bean, using your thumbnail to split opaque skin at the bean's tip. Pull
skin carefully away from bean.
