Heat oil and
stir-fry ingredients A until aromatic. Stir in rice and fry until rice
is coated with oil. Transfer rice to a rice cooker. Add water, tomato
ketchup and salt to taste. Cook rice. Keep covered till water is
absorbed and rice is cooked. Stir rice to loosen rice grains.
