Tomato Bean Salad with Parsley Recipes

Ingredients :

1 cup cooked pinto beans

1 cup cooked black beans

1 cup cooked garbanzo beans

1 cup chopped Roma tomatoes

1/2 cup coarsely chopped parsley

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

Method :

Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly to allow flavors to blend. Serve on a bed of field greens or spinach.

Serves 4-6
