Avocado and Mango Shells Recipes

Ingredients :



1/2 cup



125 ml

rashers bacon, rind removed and chopped

mangoes, peeled and sliced

walnut halves

lettuce, washed and shredded

avocados, seeded, halved, and flesh scooped out and diced, reserve shells

vinaigrette dressing

Method :
  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. Combine bacon, mango slices, walnuts, shredded lettuce and chunks of diced avocado.
  4. Toss gently with vinaigrette dressing.
  5. Spoon salad into avocado shells and serve.
