Mushroom Salad with a Cream Cheese Dressing (salade
de champignons) Recipes
3 portions Petit Suisse or 3 tbsp cream
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp chopped chives
1 tsp French mustard
juice of 1 lemon
7oz button mushrooms
cream cheese with the milk, parsley, chives and mustard. Add the lemon
juice, to taste. Wipe the mushrooms and slice them into this sauce.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and decorate with quarters of tomatoes.
