Wash and cook the broccoli with the garlic
in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and chop coarsely, but do
not mash. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Put the broccoli in a buttered
oven-proof dish, pour in the melted butter and stir in the melted butter
