Quick Broccoli Casserole Recipes

Ingredients :

2 16-ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli

1 can cream of mushroom soup

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 eggs, well beaten

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces

Method :

Preheat the oven to 350F. Cook the broccoli according to the package directions and drain well. Fold in the soup, mayonnaise, and eggs. Pour into a lightly buttered casserole and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Dot with the butter and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
