Trim bottom
of each brussels sprout, removing any dark outer leaves. Bring a
saucepan of water to a boil. Add brussels sprouts, cover and cook until
tender, 5-10 minutes. Drain, then cut brussels sprouts in half.
In a small
bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce and boiling water.
Thread brussels
sprout halves onto bamboo skewers and serve warm with peanut sauce.
