Method :
Put the broccoli and the green and
red pepper strips in a 21/2 quart microwavable casserole.
Microwave on high 100% for 11/2
-2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Combine the oil, vinegar, sugar,
salt, oregano, basil, mustard, cayenne pepper and garlic in a 1 cup
glass measure.
Microwave on high 100% for 11/2
minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Toss the hot pasta with the
vegetables and the olives.
Pour the hot dressing over the
paste mixture and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.

Note :
Offer this colorful pasta either as a main
course or a side dish. Green pasta is egg pasta with spinach worked into
the dough; adding carrot or tomato makes pasta red. If you cannot fins
colored pastas, make it with plain egg pasta - it will be just as tasty.
