Garlic and Chili Spaghetti Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

500 g

75 ml



11/2 tbsp



garlic cloves

small red chilies

chopped parsley

Method :
  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente (until just done) in a large pot containing plenty of salted water and 1 tbsp of the oil.
  2. Chop the garlic and chilies into small pieces and fry in the remaining oil, but do not let the garlic brown as it will taste bitter.
  3. Drain the spaghetti and mix it with garlic chili oil.
  4. Add parsley and serve immediately.
