Zucchini (Courgettes) au Beurre Cooking Recipes

Ingredients :

750g

90g

1 tbsp

1 tsp

zucchini (courgettes), medium-sized

butter or margarine

chopped parsley

chopped basil

freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method :
  1. Trim zucchini, wash and dry.
  2. Cut into 2cm lengths.
  3. Drop into boiling water for five minutes.
  4. Drain well, refresh under cold water.
  5. Return to pan with butter, parsley, basil and pepper.
  6. Reheat, serve hot sprinkled lightly with salt.
