Baked Zucchini (Courgettes) in Sour Cream Recipes

Ingredients :

1/2kg

90g

1/2 cup

zucchini (courgettes)

cream cheese

onion, peeled and finely chopped

sour cream

freshly ground black pepper

paprika

Method :
  1. Place zucchini in boiling water.
  2. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes, drain well.
  3. Cut in half lengthwise.
  4. Scoop seeds into a small bowl.
  5. Mix these with cream cheese, onion and seasoning.
  6. Spoon mixture into zucchini.
  7. Arrange in buttered casserole dish.
  8. Spoon sour cream over zucchini.
  9. Dust with paprika.
  10. Bake uncovered in a moderate oven 180C (350F) for 8-10 minutes to heat through.
