Method :

Wash and trim squash.

Cook in boiling water for 5-6
minutes, or until crisp but tender.

Drain and refresh under cold
water, cold again.

Just before serving, melt butter.
-
Add squash and orange juice.
-
Heat through.
-
Garnish with orange threads.
-
Serve
If squash are medium-sized, cut squash
into vertical slices.
Serves 6-8
