Tiger's Breath Recipes

Ingredients :

30g oatmeal grits

1 liter water

juice of 1 grapefruit

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp brewers yeast

2 heaped tbsp full cream milk powder

mint, chopped

Method :
  1. Cook the oatmeal in the water, bringing to the boil and then cooling before adding the strained juice of the grapefruit, honey, yeast and milk powder.
  2. Place in a blender and whirl at high speed for 1 minute.
  3. Serve immediately, foaming in a tall glass floating shreds of mint.
  4. It will open the eyes of a mole in the morning and is even better chilled.
  5. However the meal tends to separate if it is left standing so chilled drinks need a brief whirl in the blender before serving.
