Sultanas and Rye Recipes

Ingredients :

30g pre-soaked kibbled rye

1 cup water

2 tbsp powdered milk

1 tbsp sultanas

1 tbsp golden syrup

Method :
  1. Put the pre-soaked rye to boil, use some of the water to pre-mix the milk and stir in remaining water and milk.
  2. Add sultanas and bring again to the boil, cooking for 25 minutes.
  3. Serve with a spoonful of syrup.

Serves 4 - 6
