Nutty Rye Porridge Recipes

Ingredients :

30g pre-soaked kibbled rye

1 cup milk

15g bran flakes

1 tbsp raw sugar

pinch salt

Method :
  1. Soak the rye overnight in a cup of water.
  2. In the morning add the milk and bring to the boil.
  3. Then add the bran.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes; then stir in sugar and salt.

Serves 4 - 6
