Jiver's Breakfast Recipes

Ingredients :

1 tbsp coarse cornmeal

1 tbsp ground millet

1 tbsp rolled oats

1 tbsp full cream milk powder

0.1 liter water

pinch salt

raw sugar

sunflower meal

Method :
  1. This whole breakfast was devised for fast movers after a heavy night.
  2. Its rejuvenating qualities are vouched for !
  3. Mix meals in a saucepan with the milk powder and water.
  4. Boil on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  5. Serve with generous dabs of raw sugar and a sprinkle of sunflower meal.

Serves 1 - 2
