Five Fiber Porridge Recipes

Ingredients :

1 tbsp kibbled rye

1 tbsp corn grits

1 tbsp rolled oats

1 tbsp semolina

1 tbsp bran

2 tbsp milk powder

0.3 liters water

salt

1 tbsp honey

Method :
  1. Soak kibbled rye overnight in a cup of water.
  2. Place together with other meals in a pot with the milk powder, water and salt.
  3. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
  4. Before serving mix in the honey and eat hot or cold.

Serves 1 - 2
