50g / 2 oz (2 cup) bran flakes
50g / 2 oz (1/3 cup) all bran or bran buds
40g / 1.5 (1/3 cup) oz flaked almonds
50g / 2 oz (1/3 cup) dried apricots,
50g / 2 oz (1/3 cup) dried apple, chopped
50g / 2 oz (1/3 cup) raisins
milk or natural yogurt to serve
Mix the bran
flakes with the all bran, almonds, apricots, apple and raisins, tossing
lightly to mix.
Serve with a
little milk or natural yogurt.
