Method :
- Put the cornmeal to cook with the
water.
- Peel the grapefruit, removing all
pith.
- Deseed the fruit and place in a
blender until pulped.
- Stir into the cornmeal and bring
again to the boil.
- Cook for 20 minutes stirring all
the while and lastly stir in the butter.
- Eat as is, or use a few dabs of
raw sugar.
