Caramel Oats Recipes

Ingredients :

30g rolled oats

1 3/4 cups water

1 egg, beaten

1 tbsp raw sugar

pinch salt

Method :
  1. Cook the rolled oats in the water for 15 minutes.
  2. Take off the heat and, stirring constantly, pour in the egg in a thin stream.
  3. Beat and return to the heat.
  4. Stir in the sugar, butter and salt.

Serves 4 - 6
