Ingredients :

30g buckwheat

1 1/2 cup water

pinch salt

1 tbsp honey

Method :
  1. Bring the buckwheat to boil in the water, add salt and cook until almost dry (30 minutes).
  2. Stir in the honey and serve with top milk.
  3. As buckwheat cooks a reddish tinge appears in the water.
  4. This dye is from the top of the little three - cornered nuts.
  5. Do not skim off as it contains many vitamins and minerals.
