Barley Thick Shake Recipes

Ingredients :

60g pre-soaked barley

1 1/2 cups tomato juice

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

juice of 1 lemon

Method :

Pre-soak the barley overnight and place in blender with tomato juice, sauce and strained juice of a lemon.

Blend at high speed until the barley is thoroughly macerated and the color becomes pinkish.

Drink and enjoy.

Serves 1-2
