Barley Pan fries Recipes

Ingredients : |

1/2 cup
pre-soaked barley, or wheat
1 onion,
small
parsley
salt and
pepper
1 egg
1 tbsp pea
flour |
Method :
- Use barley groats or wheat.
- Pre-soak and put through blender
until kibbled.
- Chop onion finely, mince parsley
and add to grains.
- Season to taste and add egg.
- Stir in pea flour.
- Heat a fry pan to pancake heat and
grease lightly with butter.
- Fry spoonfuls, 3 minutes a side or
until done to your satisfaction.
- Serve with tomato slices and bacon
rolls.
Serves 1 - 2
