Barley Pan fries Recipes

Ingredients :

1/2 cup pre-soaked barley, or wheat

1 onion, small

parsley

salt and pepper

1 egg

1 tbsp pea flour

Method :
  1. Use barley groats or wheat.
  2. Pre-soak and put through blender until kibbled.
  3. Chop onion finely, mince parsley and add to grains.
  4. Season to taste and add egg.
  5. Stir in pea flour.
  6. Heat a fry pan to pancake heat and grease lightly with butter.
  7. Fry spoonfuls, 3 minutes a side or until done to your satisfaction.
  8. Serve with tomato slices and bacon rolls.
