Barley Cream Recipes

Ingredients :

30g pre-soaked barley

pinch salt

1/2 cup fruit

2 tsp honey

Method :
  1. Soak the barley in a cup of water.
  2. In the morning cook it in the remaining water with salt for 20 minutes.
  3. Pour it into a blender and blend until creamy.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup preserved or fresh fruit, add the honey and serve.
